A big and ruffled polycrhrome that Bob had marked as yellow on the garden tag when he sent it to me. The color appears to be a bit weather-dependent as I see it with tints of yellow on some days, others more pink, and others near-white - sometimes all three. The form, though, is always extravagant and the seven inch flower beckons. This is one of my favorites of Bob's plants as I love its height, bloom size, and presence in the garden. It has so many possibilities as a hybridizing plant and I believe it could be used successfully with just about any other color.
